Delivery Information

At ALLISON LUXURY ACCESSORIES, we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches our customers safely, accurately, and on time. Please review the following delivery policy before placing your order.

1. Shipping Cost
Shipping is free for Standard shipping, typically delivery time is 4-5 weeks from the date of paymet is made. Faster delivery options are available, the shipping fees are calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on the order quantity, weight, volume, and destination. After your order is confirmed, we will provide a shipping quotation for your approval.
Shipment will be arranged only after the shipping fee has been received.

2. Customer’s Own Shipping Method
Customers may also choose to use their own shipping account or preferred logistics provider. If you wish to do so, please inform us before confirming your order so we can coordinate pickup and prepare the necessary shipping documentation.
We will provide package details (dimensions, weight, and pickup address) to support your logistics arrangement.

3. Delivery Time
We make every effort to ensure that all shipments are delivered within 30 business days after both order confirmation and shipping payment.
However, please note that unexpected delays may occur due to these reasons (included but not limited):
· Customs clearance procedures.
· International transport schedules or port congestion.
· Public holidays or force majeure events, etc.
While such delays are beyond our control, our team will keep you informed and assist in resolving any delivery issues as quickly as possible.

4. Order Processing
All products are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as the order is dispatched.

5. Customized Packaging
We offer customized packaging services to help strengthen your brand identity.
You may send us your packaging requirements or design files, and our team will ensure that your products are packed exactly according to your specifications before shipping.
Every effort will be made to guarantee you receive the correct packaging and presentation for your order. Please note, customized packaging may delay the delivery. 

6. Responsibility and Support
We partner with trusted international carriers ensure reliable global delivery.
Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, it becomes the customer’s responsibility; however, our team will continue to assist with tracking, coordination, and any shipping-related issues.
