Because our products are customized, handmade, and hygienic items, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than product quality issues.

2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
Provide photos or videos of the issue, along with your order number, and our team will review your case promptly.
Once confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

3. Exchanges (Case-by-Case Basis)
In certain situations, we may allow product exchanges on a case-by-case basis, provided the following conditions are met:
· The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
· The buyer contacts us within 7 business days after receiving the order
· The buyer covers all shipping costs (both return and re-shipment)
· All exchange requests must be approved in advance by our customer service team.
· Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If an exchange is approved, the buyer is responsible for all related shipping costs.
